Great solution for my home gym

My fitness trainer recently recommended that I train with resistance bands/cables to help me recover from an injury. I've been using the doorstop that came with the set, but I don't like pulling on my doors and using it is a bit of a nuisance. My fitness trainer recommended this particular training station. My handyman installed it for me today and I just love it. It's sturdy, well made and the two stations and twelve connection points give me enough options for all my exercises.
