A bit short but good enough for compact home gym.

I live on the 2F in an old condo and when we turned our guest room into a home gym, I was looking for something that is compact and multi-purpose. at the time all the traditional metal benches were low in inventory and too heavy. This is something in between. While I was skeptical due to the plastic construction, the bench has held up quite well after 2 years since I purchased it. It is a bit short when it is in incline mode. I'm 5'4" and the bench reaches the bottom of my head in incline. My partner who is 5'10" still made it work but it is not a standard bench.

The hard top surface made it easy to keep clean and you dont have the issue of cushion breaking down. It does take some getting used to. My partner is able to use it without any padding but I could not. I have a 5/8" thick yoga mat that I no longer use so I put it on and it provided enough cushion.

I also like the option to lower the bench for step downs but we rarely use that function.

Wow! I LOVE this bench/step!!

My living room has been converted to multi-use room, family room, study room, workout area etc. I needed my workout equipment to be compact but versatile, serving many uses, and not an eyesore. This bench is excellent! great quality, sturdy, compact, and looks great. It has also serves as additional seating for family movie night. This offer with the tubing is fantastic and free shipping, cannot be beat anywhere...I've looked! I use it for step, bodypump etc, it just makes working out so much more fun. Love this product!!

Lifesaver!

This is so much like the benches at OTF that I desperately miss - but maybe even better quality. NO assembly which is the best, just take it out of the box. And the levers and way it snaps are super solid and secure. If you don't have space, this is truly a remarkable home gym you can stow in a closet and do a great workout! I do step and also lift weights but I kinda wish there were videos that show you new workouts to do with it just because I could use fresh inspiration.

Versatile Bench

This deck has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I'm 5'6"" and use during bench press- it is a bit shorter than typical bench, but works for me. I also use with the premium versa tubes and for core work. Love the storage compartment for the tubes!!! It is so versatile and I am continually finding different ways to incorporate deck training into my routine.
