• Display Mode Selection - Choose between the programmed modes and which data you want to be displayed. Easily cycle through with the mode button on the app interface. Average calculation available for every mode with custom set feature.
• Contact Time (CT) - Time spent per ground contact
• Flight Time (FT) Time spent in the air after the jump
• Jump Height - Converted from FT  to inches
• Reactive Strength Index (RSI) - Calculated as FT/CT
• Customized assements with Quadrant Feedback - Create any assessment you want or use one of the industry standard tests like 10/5 RSI.
• Just Jump Conversion - According to our testing and also in McMahon et. al, 2016, the flight calculated by the Just Jump mat is inflated to provide a high vertical jump measurement. The Plyomat has a feature that can enable this inflation so your previous vertical jump data can still be relevant.
• Switch Mat - We provide the best switch mat on the market and it's not even close. This stiff polyurethane mat has 2 industrial-grade M8 connectors, <25ms response time, and a lifetime of control cycles, and will retain rigidity and shape if testing on turf fields.
• Cables and mats are replaceable – a replacement cable will work with an existing mat.
• Long battery life – up to 3 weeks on a single charge. Battery fully charges in 1 hour.
• Can ‘daisy chain’ up to 10 plyo mats together to test a single athlete in a plyo circuit. The app will record and display the results of a daisy chained circuit. However, if you want to set up for example 3 daisy chained circuits for several athletes to run at the same time – you would need 3 separate smartphones/tablets with the app downloaded. **you need to order a separate cable to daisy chain mats together**
• Compatible with Just Jump. Plyomat controller can work with a Just Jump mat – and a Just Jump controller can work with a Plyomat mat.
• Recommend 2 Plyomat kits for every 50 athletes.

  Store flat. DO NOT fold or roll. Do not store other equipment on top of Plyomats.
• Do not use spikes or cleats on plyomat.
• For best results, use on solid surfaces. Can be used on turf.
