DYNAMAX is the creator of the premier soft-shell medicine ball in the world.

DYNAMAX was established in Austin Texas in 1985 by two professional coaches, Bruce Evans and Jim Cawley, in pursuit of one thing: to create an unrivaled tool for the development of speed, power and strength.

Responsible for the strength and conditioning for professional athletes, they needed a ball durable enough to withstand being thrown, caught and struck with maximum force and velocity but soft enough to not injure the hands of the training partner. With no such product on the market they created their own.

The ideal tool for efficiently training all 10 general physical skills enabling athletes to train in locations outside of the weight room, DYNAMAX has since become the product of choice for elite athletes the world-over and today is used by more than 90% of all NFL, NBA, and MLB pro teams.
