TRX straps should be anchored a distance of 7 ft. - 9 ft. from the floor - to a door frame, wall mount, or rig frame. Each strap should have clearance for the user of 3 ft. left and right, and 5 ft. behind. For ideal usage, the locking carabiner of the strap should be situated 6 ft. - 6'2" from the ground.
