This ankle cuff will fit any size ankle. I use them for all of my clients from large men to small frame females. It is easy on/off. It is a very sturdy durable product but yet comfortable. One size definitely fits all. I have been using the same one in my workouts for over a year and shows no sign of wear. I am 5'11 at 200 lbs, it gets a workout.
