Performance
Does the job.

Not recommended for anyone who isn't fully engaged in what they are doing. We have several of them for our facility and have used them for nearly a decade with no lose of function. We train professional, olympic, collegiate as well as youth athletes. This product does its job.

Cheap and unstable

I am a seasoned in fitness and have strong knowledge of many tools available. I bought this for myself and daughter but won't let her use it for fear of hurting herself. In fact it will likely be thrown away. It's flimsy and cheap. The handles don't contain the wheel for stabilization.
