Cambered Squat and Lunge Bar

Amazing bar. My gym was recently renovated. In what I would describe as the single biggest mistake that has ever been made, it would seem they have misplaced this bar. I’ve since become somewhat of a nuisance, asking every day if they can bring this back. I love this bar. On occasion, I actually feel like it loves me back even though it pretends to hate me, or least that’s what it makes me feel like when I squat with it, but it’s a love hate relationship. It challenges you, it beckons you to improve, it slaps. Power Systems, give the individual who created this bar a crisp, chalked up high five.

This is an outstanding product, and an amazing addition to athletic training programs. The more even distribution between loading the glutes and quadriceps makes this a more applicable movement to most athletic performance, while requiring less time in skill development than traditional squats or front squats. For non-powerlifting athletes it is advantageous to have to allocate less time to weight lifting skill training and more time to immediate strength development and sport specific training. The high weight capacity allows for even advanced lifters to work unimpeded by poor equipment standards. This is now a staple piece of equipment in my gym and a solid addition to any professional or home gym setup.
