A copy of your Resale Certificate, which allows a retailer to make purchases for resale without paying state specific taxes on such purchases, is necessary to complete the application process. Signed acknowledgement of our dealer guidelines will be required upon acceptance into the program.

Please note: if your company is an existing dealer with Power Systems, individual company representatives do not need to apply separately. Instead, contact your company for information about our dealer program.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Dealers must be a sporting goods retailer, fitness catalog company, or web reseller with an active shopping cart and existing sport supplier on your site
  • Currently accepting dealers in North America and some international countries
  • State Resale Certificate reflecting tax exempt status for purpose of resale
  • Annual Minimum Purchase Requirement of $5,000
  • Amazon and eBay resellers are prohibited
  • Signed agreement to Power Systems Dealer Guidelines
