Awesome product

In 50+ years of weight training I had never used bands to train. Have a complete gym in my basement with 4500+ lbs of weight and all the necessary equipment. Total shoulder replacement surgery in March of this year changed all that. My therapist used bands for rehab so I needed to pick up a set.
