not great!

these "circles" do not remain as "circles", once they are pressed in or squeezed they do not retain the integrity of the circle. I had 5 brand new ones for my studio and within a month, I only had one that was completely intact and circular.

Great complement to home workout

I loved using this ""magic circle"" in Pilates class and have missed its helpful qualities during home sessions. Greatly recommended for tighter core and glutes! The circle is very good quality and the shipping was fast, too.
