Best Olympic plates I’ve used

After visiting various gyms and being a member of a few gyms, we purchased these plates for our home gym. Great material. Not rough. I like the openings to hold for various uses

Olympic Bar Plates

Good weights but I unfortunately didn't realize these were 2"" Olympic bar weights (my fault as it states in the description they are Olympic weights). Had to rig ""adapters"" that work will to reduce to my 30mm bar so I can still use. No fault of the weights or Power Systems, but user error as they looked identical to my existing 30mm sized weights. Wish it was a little more clear on the title of the weights that these were 2"" bar weights.

Very pleased

Love the grips, and so do my clients. The urethane does not have an odor and dulls the sound when plates are stacked.

Excellent Plates

These are excellent urethane plates and I have ordered a number of them for my home gym. One of the most important features of these plates is that they are urethane coated. This means no odor. This is unlike many rubber encased plates that can have an odor to them. The urethane coating also means they are a lot quieter to lift with than steel, and less likely to damage floors and other equipment. These plates have a well designed bevel that makes them fairly easy to pick up, even when flat on the floor. In addition to allow for more easy pickup, these plates are completely round. This is very important if you are looking to use these plates for dead lifts. The completely round shape makes it easy to position your barbell in the correct spot over your feat. When I tested the weight of these plates they seem to be pretty accurate to their label. In the case of my quick check, the plate was within 1.5% of the stated weight, which I think is excellent. The plates plates fit pretty well on a standard barbell. They slide on easily, maybe a bit too easily. This has not been an issue for me, though I would definitely use collars.
